Services Provided:
House Watching - Daily, Weekly, On-Call. Check locks on doors and windows. Check electric. Check thermostats. Check for water leaks in pipes, around windows and doors and any roof leaks. Check alarm system. Check for storm damage. Provide monthly inspection reports with digital photos.
Home Maintenance - Change A/C filters monthly. Clean gutters and downspouts. Clean windows and screens. Hurricane prep (including putting up storm shutters). Hurricane clean-up. Inside house cleaning as needed. Coordinating agent for repairs with contractors such as: electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, painters, landscape designers, caterers, decorators, etc.
Opening - Send your list of requests and time of arrival, and we will have your home ready. A/C on, pool set up, home cleaned and fluffed, groceries in fridge, etc. We also offer airport pick-up.
Closing - Whatever is needed to close up property or prepare for the end of season. We will meet prior to departure to discuss requests.
Home Showcase - If your home is for sale, we will get it ready for showings. Staging your home will help it sell faster. We can do a one time consultation or be available to stage your home for showings, with prior days notice.
